The challenge
Kestrel Credit Union had a clear vision and a tight timeline. They needed a partner who could move quickly without cutting corners on the details.
Our approach
We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Kestrel Credit Union team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.
Our focus was on casting first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.
The outcome
The project was completed in winter 2026. Feedback from Kestrel Credit Union and the people who use it every day has been overwhelmingly positive.
